Step 3:

Once we receive your information:

If you selected Acquisitions: We will look at your situation, evaluate your home and if your home meets our buying criteria then we’ll make you a fair, no obligation, CASH offer. Once you accept the offer, we will take care of all the necessary paperwork and complete the rest of the closing process as quick as possible. We can close in as little as 7 days. Once all the paperwork is complete, we’ll then close at a local title company and you receive your CASH. The title company is where we formally make the transfer, you give us ownership of the house and you get paid. If your home doesn’t meet our buying criteria, as a commitment to servicing our customer’s needs, we will MARKET YOUR HOME FOR FREE and find you a buyer fast.
